Born in London, England, Gerry is a Fellow of both the Institute of Management Services and the Institute of Business Advisers. He is also a past recipient of the Russell Currie Travelling Fellowship. After University he started his career as an industrial research scientist before switching to the financial sector. After training by Cooper Brothers (now PWC) he went on to become Internal Consultancy Manager at Legal & General. Now an independent consultant, specialising in change management and business analysis, his clients have included many UK blue chip companies such as Norwich Union, Prudential Banking, Woolwich, and Chesterton Residential. He has also worked as an advisor on government-sponsored business consultancy schemes.
